A simple tart to make your summer sweeter ...
Blueberry-Peach Tart
1. Pan and crust
2. Press crust into tart pan and bake until lightly browned.
3. Secret family recipe for the glaze - red current jelly
4. Boil until the red current jelly has thickened slightly.
5.Coat bottom and sides of crust with the jelly.
6. Lay in the peaches
7. We added some strawberries when we ran out of peaches, but I think anything goes.
8. Brush the remainder of the glaze over the top of the fruit
And there you have it ....
