Mocha Frappuccino

Summer is about to finish but I still enjoying drinking these delicious cups of frappies from time to time. 
Here's how you can make your own.

A lowfat version of this yummy drink.


    1/2 c. Milk, nonfat
    1/3 c. Regular Coffee
    2 T Chocolate syrup
    3 T. Sugar
    1 c. ice
    Reddi Whip Fat Free Whipped Topping, 10 grams (optional)

Put coffee, sugar, and chocolate syrup in blender. Blend for 5-10 seconds, then let put in fridge for a few minutes to cool the coffee down. Add milk and ice and blend till frothy. Top with FF whipped cream, if desired. Makes 2 servings.
