Nice People are NICE

You know that feeling when someone loses their tamper after being patient for a long time with any annoying guy?! They keep it boiling inside them until it blasts out!

But in nice people's case, it never blasts in the annoying guys face but rather themselves than the others, or sometimes their close friend who really can understand what they're going through. No matter what happens they will always be nice and never say a word that can hurt anybody even if it is their enemy.

I witnessed this today with my co-workers. There's a girl I know in my place who get injustice-ed most of the time and everything time she's says it's okay and she'll let it go this once but again it happens and she forgives them. Today, one of my co-workers had an operation and her own people didn't pay her any visit from how much they hate her cause she's an annoying and hurtful person. But this girl told us to go and see her, I was like (Are you crazy or something!? You know that we can't stand her!) She replied simply that no matter how bad one treats you, you shouldn't do the same and be the better and bigger person and do what they don't expect from you. She's really nice! Despite all the hurtful stuff that rude co-worker did to her, she's still considering her situation and treating her according to it.

Her heart is really big and she taught me once again how to be nice with people. It's the thought that counts. Who knows?! Maybe they will change from her simple kindness toward them after all what they did to you. That what she said.

So, did you give it a thought already?!

The Law of The Seed

Take a look at an apple tree. There might be five hundred apples on the tree,
each with ten seeds. That's a lot of seeds!

We might ask, "Why would you need so many seeds to grow just a few more Trees?"

Nature has something to teach us here. It's telling us: "Most seeds never Grow. So if you really want to make something happen, you better try More than once."

This might mean:

You'll attend twenty interviews to get one job.

You'll interview forty people to find one good employee.

You'll talk to fifty people to sell one house, car, vacuum Cleaner, insurance policy, idea...

And you might meet a hundred acquaintances to find one special friend.

When we understand the "Law of the Seed", we don't get so disappointed.

We stop feeling like victims. Laws of nature are not things to take personally.

We just need to understand them - and work with them.

It's Okay, cause We're Humans

It's okay to get hurt cause we're human being with feelings.

It's okay to be broken cause we're human being with heart.

It's okay to be sad cause we're human being with feelings.

It's okay to be tried cause we're human being with weakness.

It's okay to be beaten and upset cause at the end we are just human beings!

You need to understand that we DO go through these sometimes and it's okay if that day isn't your day, you didn't get everything as you were planning, the wind did come with desired things. It's all okay, after all we are just tend to live through changes and not on only one tone otherwise it would have been a boring life.

I do believe you already know all that, but what I'm trying to tell here is that it's okay if you feel down sometimes. No matter how strong we pretend we do get upset at some points. It's better if you let that thing out of your chest to lighten up the load.

Truth About Failure

Failure doesn't mean you are a failure...
it does mean you haven't succeeded yet

Failure doesn't mean you have accomplished nothing...
it does mean you have learned something

Failure doesn't mean you have been a fool...
it does mean you had a lot of faith

Failure doesn't mean you have been disgraced...
it does mean you were willing to try

Failure doesn't mean you don't have it...
it does mean you have to do something in a different way

Letting Go

Sometimes fear holds us back from letting go of things we're afraid that we won't find it again.

Today, I'm letting go of this fear and decided to resign from my job.

It wasn't easy to tell you the truth, I like others do think many times of not finding a new job but I shouldn't stop myself from believing in me, plus, I have to adventure in this world to find out most of it and where the goods are. Losing your source of money is a scary thing and I don't recommend to anyone. Just in case you're not feeling like you fit in that place and you really wanna blast off then you might.

The whole and main point is I want to prove myself and as well know how strong and powerful I am. I know I might not find another job right away but I can still keep on trying also I need to believe that I can do it not to just think without applying anything in the real world.

When Your Week Seems to Be Crashing Downhill

""I promise you, you will get lots of things wrong this week.

You will lose your temper. You will say words you wish you could swallow.

You will be frustrated and frazzled and tired and unable to face the dishes in the sink. You will feel scared and uncertain and unable to take one more step forward, rock through one more frustrated feeding time, clean up one more mess by the dog, the toddler, the hamster who spews shredded tissue all over the world.

You will question your sanity and your wall colors and want to make a McDonald’s, drive-through, hot fudge sundae run at midnight.

You will ache without being able to identify why or exactly where.

Your body will just ache.

But you will push in the chairs. You will vacuum. Again.
You will schedule meetings and make dinner out of left over chicken and lettuce.

You will talk to a friend.

You will love on someone’s baby.

You will do the quiet work of the life long heroes. The people who aren’t in it for the glory. The people who are in it for the journey.

So come Friday, it’s OK to feel tired.

Because you done good. You done real good.""

To put it up in simple words, it is another post ReBloged from The Gypsy Mama as you can tell and since it is exactly how I'm feeling right now I thought of posting it in my space just like that. So yeah guys! It's okay to feel that way, cause we did good. Really good

Be Brave

One really can't tell what he'll face once he steps his foot out of his house.

It's a world full of mysterys and adventures out there. You don't really know when will the next guy hit on you, or the chance will fall from where, neither you know what will happen today. It's all unknown which most of the people fear and don't like to deal with.

I know what it's like to be caution after all, we human being are careful creatures and it's natural to save yourself from the things that hurt you. But instead of seeing it as bad thing why not turn it the other way and take it as a discovery. Instead of not doing something in fear of the wrong result it may give take as a new experience for something you didn't know before. It will take a lot of courage from you. Don't be afraid cause you'll learn more when you make mistake and face bad stuff than just sit where you are and learn by reading solid and no-life lessons.

Read Once a Week

This is something we should all read at least once a week.

Written By Regina Brett, 90 years old, of The Plain Dealer, Cleveland , Ohio.

"To celebrate growing older, I once wrote the 45 lessons life taught me. It is the most-requested column I've ever written. My odometer rolled over to 90 in August, so here is the column once more:

1. Life isn't fair, but it's still good.

2. When in doubt, just take the next small step.

3. Life is too short to waste time hating anyone.

4. Your job won't take care of you when you are sick.
Your friends and parents will. Stay in touch.

5. Pay off your credit cards every month.

6. You don't have to win every argument. Agree to disagree.

7. Cry with someone. It's more healing than crying alone.

8. It's OK to get angry with God. He can take it.

9. Save for retirement starting with your first pay check.

10. When it comes to chocolate, resistance is futile.

11. Make peace with your past so it won't screw up the present.

12. It's OK to let your children see you cry.

13. Don't compare your life to others. You have no idea what their journey is all about.

14. If a relationship has to be a secret, you shouldn't be in it.

15. Everything can change in the blink of an eye.

16. Take a deep breath. It calms the mind.

17. Get rid of anything that isn't useful, beautiful or joyful.

18. Whatever doesn't kill you really does make you stronger.

19. It's never too late to have a happy childhood.
But the second one is up to you and no one else.

20. When it comes to going after what you love in life, don't take no for an answer.

Take it Your Way

People know less that's why they always like to try new things. Ever since we were little kids we loved to destroy toys to know how it worked, smashed things to find out what's inside and asked million questions to our parents so we know more and more.

Yet there are times when it turned out what we thought is the best was wrong.

Sometimes you spent too much to get it, searched a lot and maybe that was the only thing out there why you're doing it. And you might think that if you leave it you might not find another chance again specially when you really need it. It's the right time to consider everything.

When time seems tough you should keep on going. What does that mean?! Like you can leave whatever or wherever you're not feeling comfortable. It really doesn't matter anything else cause in the end you are looking for your pleasure and forcing yourself for other reasons isn't your goal. I know you might take some time for finding what you left before but it opens many things in your way. New experience, new world, new people, being brave, having the courage to discover the unknown and many other things.

It might be easier said than done but if you consider everything you'll realize that you are all the main character that things should go according to.

Top 14 Grammatical Offenses Of Bloggers

Another ReBlog post soon cause it really worth the share ...

Last Month 52,689 blog posts were analyzed for grammatical errors and punctuation errors. It was accomplished through the use of a web crawler, automated software that can visit websites to gather information. Search engines frequently use web crawlers to collect information about what is available on public web pages.

When you're writing for the web, some grammar rules don't apply. But there are some that should be followed. Ones that could detract from your credibility. And cause people not to subscribe or link to your blog. It may sound silly, but some people will harshly judge you on your grammar and overall writing ability.

Top Grammatical Offenses

Proper capitalization
Correct capitalization is extremely important. Demonstrating basic writing ability shows that you are educated and pay attention to detail. Ignoring capitalization comes across as sloppy or lazy. Correct capitalization helps others to clearly understand you.

'go help uncle chase off the horse'
'Go help Uncle Chase off the horse'

Mixing up the past and present tenses
If you’re not careful, you run the risk of confusing the reader. So pay close attention to how you're using past and present tenses. The verb tense tells the reader of your sentences when the action is taking place - in the past, the present or the future. Be consistent on verb tense, unless it's appropriate to make a switch to a different tense.

'I go to the store and I bought milk'

Not using commas correctly
Commas can drastically change the meaning of a sentence. They can also make sentences easier to read, because they allow for slight pauses between ideas. Use them sparingly and only when necessary. If there's more than one comma in a sentence, your sentences are too long. Long sentences are the quickest way to confuse and bore readers.

'Don’t use commas, which are not necessary'

There / Their
'She was jealous of their new car.'
'It's too hot to go there.'

Your / You’re
'Your pancakes are ready.'
'You're being difficult.'

It’s / Its
'It's been good to know you.'
'Its color is deep blue.'

Other Grammatical Offenses

These ones are a bit more exotic. Only some people will hold it against you when you mess them up. But you probably shouldn't. Grammar isn't rocket science, just a basic life skill. You should know these things.

Little Talk on Gratitude

It might be small talk in length but valuable in essence it hold.

I came across this thought lately when I got so bothered from my job. It's a routine one where the same thing keeps on repeating and repeating. I don't such stuff, I know there are some matters in life that take that turn but I do know few tricks to pass it on with fun and with a little bit of change. I was so complaining about it to my sisters and they were like telling me to remember my past.

It was only one year or less since all these happened. Didn't take much time to change once I earned some money. It's not just about wealth I did have some tough time not seeing anyone at all. Plus, I'm learning more everyday. So this whole thing isn't just about disadvantages and annoying stuff, there are things that benefit me as well.

When life seems to put all the pressure at a time I just need to gather myself and see at the bright side. Might be easier said than done but it's true. I did imagine myself jobless again and noticed that I can't enjoy life as when I have a job, despite whether or not it's boring and I don't like it. At the end they all give me pleasure and joy.

This is like something I learnt today, there are blessings behind something might seem boring and disturbing even if we don't like the thing itself there's something at the end of it or the result is pleasing us. So, why feel bad about it?! It's all about gratitude

15 Things You Do To Your Blog ...

.... Without Knowing They Are Harmful

The benefits of blogging in today’s digital age almost go without saying. From better rankings on search engines, more value to website visitors and a forum to speak you and your brands voice, blogs have taken the online world by storm and lent a way for businesses and people to engage better and more with others. Still, in spite of the increasing popularity, many bloggers still make crucial mistakes that hurt the quality of their blog and may end up harming their own image unintentionally.

Here are 15 ways you may be harming your blog without realizing it.

Dos And Dont's Correct Tick And Red X 1. Too much info in the header – When a person arrives at your blog, they do not want to be hit with information they are most likely not searching for, such as your mailing address or website which they already found. Instead, keep the header simple and inviting to keep your readers on the page for longer.

2. Keep taglines simple – It is not a bad idea to put a tagline to give new visitors a quick reference about what they can expect to see on your blog. However, making these taglines too lengthy can confuse them and make the blog seem so specific they may assume it is not for them and leave. Keep taglines simple to give your blog a wider range of topics.

3. Adding legalize to your logo – Your logo is the wrong place to include ‘Inc.’, ‘LLC’ or any other legal contraction. Instead, put this on the footer of your blog and leave it out of your logo. This will not only make you look more professional but it will also make your logo less busy and your blog less overwhelming.

4. Change from advice to promotion – So many blogs are created to offer advice, opinions or simply news items then switch to start promoting paying advertisers. If you have taken a switch to promoting specific affiliate products, your readers can see right through your efforts. While your intentions may be good, your readers will feel more like your posts are created in an effort to sell something instead of as a forum to post useful nuggets of information.

5. No photos – The digital world has become one that demands visual excitement at every turn. Give your blog an easy way to be pinned on Pinterest and keep the page entertaining to look at with images. This will break up the wordiness and appeal more to web readers.

EAT THAT FROG

There's an old saying that says..."If the first thing you do when you wake up in the morning is eat a live frog, then nothing worse can happen for the rest of the day!" Well, I don't know about you, but I think that's a pretty safe assumption.

Brian Tracy, in his book Eat That Frog! says that your "frog" should be the most difficult item on your things to do list, the one where you're most likely to procrastinate; because if you eat that first it'll give you energy and momentum for the rest of the day. But if you don't... and let him sit there on the plate and stare at you while you do a hundred unimportant things, it can drain your energy and you won't even know it.

So, here's your assignment
for the next 30 days take a look at your list, circle the frog, and eat that first!!!

You're Always Right

Ever had one of those moments when you said something right to someone but you wished you didn't just because no one else did it before?! Well, you shouldn't feel like that

 Cause you are always right!

It's true. As long as the thing you are saying is right and not unfair to anyone you shouldn't be afraid at all. Saying the right things in people's faces and telling them off specially when no one else did it before is a bravery act you should be proud of. So, if you had a fight with you boss about your right and you stood for yourself, then you should be super proud of it. It's better then be kicked out with you word heard and deeds done then stay in a place where your inner desires are poisoned.

It’s Best Not To Listen To that Voice

When It’s Best Not To Listen To the Voice In Your Head‏

There are so many things I’m not good at. And apparently I have an inner monologue determined to record each and every one of them.

There’s a voice in my head that tells me I am not enough. Some days it’s quiet and some days it’s super shouty.

It’s the strangest thing, to discover the back of your brain muttering mean things to yourself.
The whisper is so soft, so ordinary, so normal by now that I rarely stop to investigate. I just let the words run through my veins until they seem like a normal part of my DNA.
This house will never be clean.
You’ll never get caught up on the laundry.
Your words won’t match up to hers.
You’re not good enough.
You’re never going to get caught up.
You can’t do that.
You’re just not good at this.

I heard that voice in the car today.

I got this from TheGypsyMama's place. I think she's right cause this happened with me just today before right this blog that's why I carried on and shut-ted that voice. I guess we can be mean to ourselves sometimes with or without meaning. The best way to solve it in my opinion is do what your mind thinks you can then it'll give up.

Fun on The Go

I like know everyone got their own hobbies and what they like to do in free times but there are some guys who asked me for activities to do when then are free cause they like have no clue what to do. I'll share some of the stuff you might enjoy doing it and if you're a curious person like me who like trying new stuff then you'll fun discovering these things as well.

Few of what I fill my times with...

1. Writing
I guess it's obvious since this is what I do in my free time. I also write a journal. You can join forums and open various topics with people around the world. Trying writing some poems is fun too. Writing you personal thoughts in a physical journal is what I was thinking of recently since I can carry them anywhere I want. I know you might thing of the new technology and that you can access the net from anywhere but keeping it classic is something different.

2. Learning a new language
Well, not exactly learning it all. You can try sites online or buy one of those mini books that teaches you. It's more of new few sentences to talk with native people or understand them, or even read whats written in their movies and stuff. I think it's fun whenever you know one more language.

Bear with Them

I don't know how many people are out there like me but I'd like to write today's post as an encouragement and not ranting bad things about people.

It's true that family is probably the most precious thing anyone could have, in the same time not all of them are the same. There are the ones that the whole world wish they had them, and some make them feel like they are the most miserable people on earth. It differs and you know it as I do that having some parents with different thoughts as yours and the time you live in is harder than having siblings with the same matter.

I won't talk about how it is to have such folks in your life since you who have it already know but I'll just brief this talk into how to into to their bright side when you think you are all lost.

At first let me tell you why I thought of writing this, the thing is it was late and I went sleep. I'm not sure if I had any fight again with my mother but it was so hot that night. I think I saw a nightmare of something like losing her. I don't know how or where, all I know that I felt terrible about it and realized that in reality I don't really wish her to go away even if I don't like her things sometimes.

Have you ever thought of it that way?!

Your True Worth

I know I talked a lot about rude and mean people here in this blog and how to deal with them. Today, I'd like to write just another post about them as a reminder. You know how this world is, one day you are cool the other day you just can't stand it and lose your mind over a silly prank from your co-workers in workplace.

Rude people are just rude!

I'm sure you had you chance in meeting them. They can be found anywhere, in the school, collage, street, supermarket and specially at work. Honestly, all I think of jobs as places for annoying, rude, horrible and mean people. Only those who are the worse get the job and the nice ones just get ditched.

So what am I going talk about them in this post today?!

It's just the way they make us feel. I do believe that everybody agrees that annoy the hell out of us but again they are nothing more than loser people. Once they couldn't get at our stage they will drag us to theirs by being rude to us and when responding and doing what they want, we'll all be just like them cause we lowered ourselves with their acts.

Truth to be told ...

The Way to Get Started

Whenever you have a plan in mind for any project it's normal that you start the preparations for it, how to make it, the time it will take, the tool and equipments and such stuff. As you go through all this you wait for the best moment to get this started.

You might not notice in the beginning but it would be a bad idea if you hold you project for that reason. Many people when they want to do something wait for the best time whenever all the things are available even the ones they think they will need it in the future and has no necessary for the mean time which will take forever cause you really don't know what you could face in making that new project of yours nor which you'll actually need and which not.

Preparing things to start up is okay but wait just the time will be right is a bit waste. It will seem that nothing is good and you want a complete excellent time to begin and that's wrong, you might not start forever is you are looking for that moment.

I know from my experience that when I had this blog in my mind I was looking for many things, tools and items to make it. Those are okay since the are the materials I'll make the blog with, the one thing that got into my way is that I was looking for the right time to start. Like a quiet time, the air is free, no one is around me, I'm alone, my mood is like writing and such stuff. It dragged me way to far that I had to waste nearly a year to start this blog! Yes, it was that long before this blog got published.
